I saw in the documentation that it'll launch the JPEG viewer. Is there a way to make it launch the java veiwer?

Hi Zack,

Currently it's only possible to launch the JPEG viewer from a case access link.

It is going to be possible to launch the Java viewer from web links in a future version.
