We have added a new facility (called GWLOGRO) , and we found the following problems:
- It Doesn't matter wich the Study Date is, the system allways marks the study as a "Old study date"
- It doesn't appear the "Enter report" and "Lock study and view case" icons
- The studies can't be assigned only to certain radiologists, not the rest. For instance, I've tried to assign one study to doctor "Jorquera Moya" and i couldn't, and after that I have tried the same study with other doctor (Dtor. Royo), and the system worked fine.
What do you think is happening?

Studies are marked "old" when the study date is older than the time the study is received by OnePacs minus the configured facility-specific threshold. Your most recent case from GWLOGRO has a study date of 6/3 and it was sent on 6/6. Thus the study surpasses the 24 hour threshold you have defined for this facility. You can change it in Admin->Facilities.
It sounds like you have issues with Facility privileges. Please review your facility privileges for all users that should be able to access GWLOGRO and set appropriately.
