cannot log in to gateway

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

cannot log in to gateway

Our gateway server was down this morning. Now I cannot log in to the gateway. I get a password failure notice. I think this is our IT issue because cases are not sending to it either. Just looking for any thoughts.

IT restarted sever 3 times and it now works! not sure what was going on

It may have been a local IT issue.
