problems loading CR modality

problems loading CR modality

Hello Justin.
I have some problem with a site where I am trying to load CR modality studies.
The station is EFILM
From the EFILM I can load MR studies without problem into the gateway.
But when I try to load CR studies, they are stopped on the queue and the proccess doesn't progress.
How can I check what is happening?

Hilario,

Are the instances a private SOP class? Email me the gateway log and I'll take a look.

C:/onepacs/gateway/server/default/log/server.log

I have the same issue did you get the workstation to display CR?

If you send me the gateway log file referenced above I'd be happy to take a look for you. I'm not familiar enough with eFilm to know if there is some limitation on their end.
