Tomos will not load from outside facility CD's

Hello- We are having trouble loading mammo tomo images into OnePACS from some facilities. The 2D or C-view images will load but the tomos will fail. Is it a setting we need to adjust?

When you say "loading", what do you mean? Are you sending the studies into the OnePacs Gateway software, or trying to upload them via the website? Whichever way you're doing it, are you seeing any errors?

We have always upload outside comparison CD’s via the website. While all the 2D and C-view cases will load, the tomo cases will say failed.

The tomo cases are likely too big to upload via the web browser. You'll likely have better luck sending them through a gateway. If you need assistance you can open up a support ticket at https://support.onepacs.com/

Thank you. Are there insturctions to load cases through the gateway or do I need to contact support to set that up?

I found the instructions. Our Gateway is on a virtual machine on our server so this method probably won't work. We are looking at other work arounds.
