Hello,
While attempting to install RemotEye CD Burning software, I received an error (please see the attach file). The system is running Windows 10 and Java 8, release 141. Would I have to upgrade the version of Java to correct the issue or is there some other issue that I am not seeing?

Hi Rod,
I would recommend running the installer as administrator (right-click and select run as administrator). Also make sure your Anti-Virus solution is not interfering with the installation.
