Changing the Gateway Path Installation

Post by paulokuriki » Thu May 07, 2015 2:33 pm

Hi
Is it possible to choose a different drive/folder when we are installing the gateway?
By default it installs on the Drive C:, right?
Thanks
Paulo

Hi Paulo -
No, the installer does not currently allow you to choose the installation directory. Yes, it currently installs to the C: drive.

However, you can relocate the archive directory where the imaging data is stored. It's easiest to do this before any images are store by doing the following:

1) Log into the administrative interface
2) Select "group=ONLINE_STORAGE,service=FileSystemMgt"
3) Update DefaultStorageDirectory to the directory you would like to store the images (ex. E:\onepacs\archive)
4) Click "Apply"

If you've already stored images, you can add a new "filesystem" in a different location and make it the primary storage directory by following the instructions on this page:

Hi Jeremy and Justin
We will reinstall the gateway and then change the archive directory.
Thanks a lot
Paulo
