Unhandled Exception error re-occurring

Using OnePacs v5.3.5.1
I periodically receive an error message "unhandled exception". (see attached image) Even if I click "continue", the error will pop back up and I cannot continue, unless I "quit" and restart.
This occurs when viewer is opened, but no patient images are displayed, and patient data is being transferred to the workstation.
It does not happen when viewer is opened with patient images displayed however. Background transfer occurs silently. But then if I close the patient images, the error will pop up again when images are being transferred in. This also happened on the previous version 5.3.3.1. But I don't remember if it was happening with older version of v5.2.6.2

Thanks for your note.
Would you please try updating to the latest version of the OPW package, which is 5.3.7.3?
We did identify a bug that could sometimes lead to this unhandled exception error while images were being stored in the background which has been fixed in the more recent releases.
