User Privileges

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

Please direct any support inquiries through the standard OnePacs ticketing and support system.

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

User Privileges

I would like to configure un user as view only but he should also be able to view and print REPORTS.
How should we do this?

Hilario,

Create a user account with the following privileges:

Basic Web Access
View Study
View Report

Otherwise, you can use the pre-configured privilege set "Clinician."

I re-open the issue because it has been ok but now I need something more.
At this moment the user can see images via web viewer when the report is closed. If it is not closed imposible to see the images.
How to solve this? I can't find a specific point about this on privileges.

This was OK till now.
The user can access the images via web viewer if the report is finished/closed.
If not the images can't accessed.
Now the user require to access images as soon as they are loaded on the system. Even if there is no report.
How can I do this? I can't find a role related with this.
