Hello -
An export may include a study more than once for studies that have multiple study types selected and a field that relies on the study type is exported. (For example the facility or radiologist fee relies on study type). The studies that you mention in your report as causing the mismatch in study count per the charting data include multiple study types selected and as such are correctly repeated on the export report with each study type repeated. You can see which studies are repeated on an export for having multiple study types by looking at the column "Additional Study Type" for a "true" value. Thus, the count of "true" columns for Additional Study Type would need to subtracted in order to get the study count from the export report.
