When a previously removed case is reloaded to OnePacs, it wont load in the onepacs workstation, although the images are viewable with the jpg viewer and JAVA viewer.
How can I get them to show up?

Does it work if you manually download it by right clicking on the case in the OnePacs worklist web page, and selecting Download --> Download to desktop viewer? If not, try the next paragraph.....
Can you open up the Download Manager window of the Study Retriever running on that machine, and look in the Download History pane on the bottom to find this case? You can sort the columns by Patient Name or Study Date to find it. Once you find it, delete it from in there. This will only delete it from the retriever's cache, and does not affect the case on the server. After that, try manually downloading it again.
I am wondering if it is perhaps somewhere in the cache, and the workstation/retriever doesn't think it needs to download it again....
