Downloading but not storing

Last night, our studies would download to the workstation computer but would not be stored. This meant they could not be viewed on the workstation. I checked the web based worklist to try to look at a study with the jpeg viewer. It listed the studies as 99% complete. Anybody know how to fix this? I tried to delete and have the cases resent. Only one came back and I had the same issue. Justin if you read this, the case is still on here with patient last name "Ward." It was a CT. It was sent at approximately 22:46.

Apparently it came to my hardwired computer at work but it would not come to my home computer. Is there something I need to change on my computer? This just happened for the first time last night.

We also tried to send an US of the scrotum on a Sanford. It too came to my computer at work. But, it did not download completely at home. They are both still on the server.

I guess my point is, how can I access images if they do not completely download? Is there a work through? Do I need to delete the program and re-install it? It seems to be my home computer. I did upgrade to the latest workstation when asked awhile ago.

I think I sent the one you want. It is from my work computer. Do you need the one from my home computer? If so, I will send it later tonight (6pm) or so. Let me know if yuo need the one from home and if the file I sent from work is the actual one you need.
