problems accesing ONEPACS

I don't knwo why, since yeseterday I think

We can not access the system with
www.onepacsweb.com

only with
https://web.onepacs.com/views/worklist/ ... ery.action

Could you help on this?

Hilario,

You dont need that full URL you can simply type:

web.onepacs.com

and it will connect.

The onepacsweb.com address is actually deprecated, it's best to connect with web.onepacs.com which is the current official URL.

In case any of your users are used to the onepacsweb address, I've gone ahead and updated it so it will continue to work, for legacy support.

Going forward the recommended address would be just web.onepacs.com. You dont need the other stuff after .com

But I am going to transmit to everybody to use web.onepacs.com
