Gender is blank in the study confirmation page header

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

Gender is blank in the study confirmation page header

Hello,

The patient gender in the study confirmation page header appears blank across all studies and facilities. Does anyone know why?

Hi,

This issue has been corrected. If you reload your browser window the gender should appear.
