Slow System

Hello!

I have noticed the system has been extremely slow for the past 3 hours. The website itself is loading very slowly and the study retriever is having problems downloading the files. I have checked with a couple of co-workers and they are experiencing the same problem. Any idea when the system will be normally back up?

Hi Rodrigo,

I ran a series of tests and didn't notice any slowness. Our servers are all showing that they are functioning optimally and with minimal load. We haven't had any complaints from other users.

I recommend checking with your IT staff or your ISP.

That's strange. We have also run several tests and speeds are good as usual. Everything else is working perfectly. The OnePacs website is still loading very slowly and study retriever hasn't been able to download some studies... The study retriever shows a download speed of only 3KB/s. Have you started using a new data farm in Brazil for storage?
