Problem Loading onepacsdesktop 5.0.0.6

As I updated gateway, I also decide to update OnepacsDesktop.
I am on a Windows XP SP2, 2 GB RAM adn when I run the installation I get a message
the translated version is:
Windows Installer Error
- Error when I open the installation record.
- Check the site or if it exist or if it is writed protected

Any Idea how to dead with this?

Is the file write protected? Do you have an anti-virus program installed that is preventing execution of the file?

It seams the main issue is I only have 2 GB on this machine.
I would like to load back the previous OnePacsDesktop.
How can I download it? Version 4.0 was fine before.
would it be compatible with the new uploader?

No, I don't believe the memory is your main issue. There's no reason the installer would fail with only 2GB of memory. I was simply pointing out our recommendations.

I believe your problem is related to anti-virus or other security software on your computer.
