Data Export / Stats

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

Please direct any support inquiries through the standard OnePacs ticketing and support system.

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

Data Export / Stats

I am attempting to use the data export option, without success. I admit, I am not excessively computer savvy, but can usually get though, however, I am having a hard time being able to setup the data I would like to look at, and downloading that data.
Is there someplace that has a decent instructional guide?
Once I get started, I can usually get though the different stats I would like to see, but as stated, having a difficult time getting some initial data.
