onepacs workstation load error

one of my covering rads gets errors in trying to install. It partially installed, but after restarting it failed. He initially installed with anti virus and firewall turned on. Is there a way to uninstall everything and start from scratch??

Yes, you can just uninstall the OnePacs Workstation (Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features) and then re-install it. Make sure you're using the latest version (5.2.5) available for download in OnePacs under Options -> Downloads -> OnePacs Workstation & Study Retriever.
