Hi,

We are aware of this problem, and are working to obtain updated security certificates. In the meantime, there are two workarounds both found under the Security tab of the Java Control Panel:

1) Create a site exception in the Java Control Panel for the URL http://jv.onepacs.com

2) Set the security level to Medium in the Java Control Panel (not as preferable since this will change your security for every site)

Let me know if you need more instructions on either of these workaround approaches!

We'll post back here when the updated certificates are installed.

Thank you. I did create the exception, and it worked.

The certificates have now been updated on the server, so you shouldn't be having this problem any more. Feel free to remove the site security exception if you wish.

Thanks,
