Hello. I try to install ONEPACSWORKSTATION V 5.1.4 but after installing Framework 4 I show an error of Windows Installer:
"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified location and can write."
I have Windows XP SP3 and Framework 3.5 and 4. The same error happened with version ONEPACSWORKSTATION 5.1.3.
I tried another PC with Windows XP SP3, Framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and 4 and The Onepacsworkstation version 5.1.3 was installed correctly. I don't understand what could be the problem.
Someone had the same problem?. Were able to solve?

Hi,
It sounds like there is a permissions problem on your PC similar to that described in
this article. I recommend the following:
1) Reboot
2) Delete the file (if present) at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\opw_install.log
3) Run the installer as administrator if you're not already doing so.

Hi, thanks. I made the suggested tests but still no install onepacs. I think it may be going to try reinstalling XP.
