Hi guys,
We are unable to view images on OnePacs at this time. Our images are showing up on our gateway and transfering from Konica but not showing up on the worklist and the patients on the worklist will not open for us to view images. Not sure if this is a problem on our end or if there is a OnePacs update or issue. Thanks! uboaxray

The most recent study from your group arrived just a few minutes ago. Can you be more specific about what's not working? Is it just certain studies?

The last study that loaded on OnePacs was at 8:56 est and we have taken xrays on at least 5 additional patients and uploaded 3 discs that we are able to see in the gateway but not on OnePacs. Thanks

Our logs show that you're resending a bunch of studies that have already been sent to OnePacs. That could be creating a bottleneck at your gateway, particularly if your upload bandwidth is low.

Thanks Justin, I will check about our bandwidth. Our xray machine will continue to resend images until they arrive and we had to upload outside images too. They all started to come over to OnePacs at the same time and we are able to use the simple viewer at this time. Our IT service is working on it on their end too. I thought maybe there was an update going on too. Thanks! uboaxray
