Study Fees

Post by mmazon » Fri Feb 22, 2013 1:06 am

Hi. I can´t populate the radiologist, study fees screen.
I´ve seen this screenshot (http://wiki.onepacsforums.com/lib/exe/d ... adfees.png), but can´t find a way to use this screen.
Thank you

Go to admin menu > select study fees > click on radiologists tab.

Do you have these menus/options showing?

Yes, I can acess this screen. In the facility tab i have various fields. But in the Radiologists tab, I have only the columns Study type, Modality, and my radiologists names in each colum. But no rows neither any "add" like button.

It turns out that you have period or @ sign characters in some user names, which was confusing the software that displays the user name/fee grid. There are two options. First you could just wait a few weeks and we'll be posting an update to fix this. Or if you wanted to you could look for those user names that have these symbols, and delete the accounts and replace them with new accounts. I assume this would be a pain in the neck, so if you could just wait a few weeks until onepacs is updated to version 10.3, it will work properly.
