We are using the assingedToUser variable to make a filter in order each User can only see assign studies.
Sometime it would be conveniant a study will be seen by two doctor in order one can comment with the other.
Could you suggest a way to do this?

This is a known limitation of the system. Currently the folders that a user has access to are filtered by his user filter. In a future release we intend to modify that to allow users to see studies outside of their normal limitations if it is shared by another user. Unfortunately, in OnePacs 7.9.1 this is no way to do this other than assigning it to that user.
