cant send to the gateway

cant send to the gateway

i have two pc configured. on one when i select an exam to go to the gateway for transmission i get an error message that says " cannot connect to remote server(ONEPACS: Connection failed to remote server ipadress:4104). I have double checked the settings against the other computer and they are the same. the faulty pc was working in the past.

Hi Truman,

Have you verified that you can ping the gateway from the problematic PC? If the other PC can send to the gateway that indicates a connection problem between the problematic PC and the gateway.
