Unable to upload complete study

We are having a problem at one of our facilities with uploading studies. It seems that only a small subset of images are being uploaded. The server.log shows a reference to the term PurgeStudy which we have never encountered at our other facilities, but I'm guessing our lost images have something to do with it:

Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a recommended solution?

It looks like your gateway is running out of free disk space.

Free Disk Space: try to release 1184.3093MB of DiskSpace

Once your disk space gets below a certain level, OnePacs will try to delete the oldest studies. In this case, you're completely full so it's deleting the studies almost immediately.

Thanks for your reply. Is there a suggested amount of disk space required for the gateway installation?

We recommend 100GB free space on your hard drive. However, we don't actually being deleting studies until there is less than 8GB remaining (varies by gateway version).

Sorry but I do not find where to configure the minimum.
In my case, I have the disc only with 3GB remaining and I am afraid we are under the 8 GB limit you talk about.
I looked on the wiki and I haven't been able to find the key.

It is configurable in the JMX console via the DeleterThreshold property of the FileSystemMgt service.

I should also note that we do not recommend using the gateway in in environment with that little free space. The performance will be horrible. Consider adding additional storage and configuring the gateway to use additional directories.
