Hilario did you get this resolved? I have just set up a efilm station onthe same computer as the onepacs and the CT scanner pushes to efilm and then the staff send from efilm to the onepacs. The efilm sends about 30 images and then it stops stating that it failed. We have this set up since not all ct scans go to the external radiologist.

Thanks,

Steve

Steve,

This may be tough to troubleshoot since two products are involved (eFilm and the gateway). We would need to review logs for both products.

Do you actually need eFilm on that computer or are you doing it this way so you can choose which studies to send?

What you can do if you dont want to send all studies to OnePacs is go into the jmx console as follows:

http://wiki.onepacsforums.com/doku.php? ... _interface

Scroll down to the item which reads " service=Forward " and click on it.

The first item in the configuration page which will come up is entitled "Forwarding Rules", and in a text edit field there will be the text "ONEPACS_WEB". This means to forward all studies automatically to OnePacs.

Simply change "ONEPACS_WEB" to "NONE" and studies will not be automatically forwarded. You will then be able to review and search the study list by logging into the Gateway interface as follows:

http://wiki.onepacsforums.com/doku.php? ... _interface

The first screen you will see is set to the "Folder" tab, from which you can search for cases. Select the case in question and select "ONEPACS_WEB" from the drop-down menu of destinations in the upper right hand corner. To the left of this drop-down menu is an icon with an arrow pointing vertically. Click on this to forward the selected case(s) to OnePacs.

If you also want studies to go to eFilm automatically, you can configure the AE title and address/port for eFilm on the gateway (usually it would be AE title AE_TITLE and port 4006, and if it's on the same machine as the gateway, you can use address localhost or 127.0.0.1). Then, instead of "NONE" in the forwarding destinations box, you can enter the AE title for eFilm and all studies will automatically go to eFilm and not OnePacs.

Well, at the end, the problem seam to disappear uninstalling everything on the workstation.
Reinstalling EFILM form scratch after deleting all the previous installation even all the efilm previous databases.

At this moment, I am not able to reproduce again the problem.
Thank you very much for all the help.

Thanks for the replies,
We actually need the efilm to burn CD's since this site does not yet have a complete PACS. We have a work around in that the CT scanner can send directly to the onepacs and it seems to work appropriately. Maybe we'll try uninstalling and reinstalling everything if this becomes a problem but for now it seems to work ok. Thank you for a great product.
