"Error" message when I try to use "Create case weblink"

Hi, whe I try to share one case with other colleages, using the "Create cases weblink" a "Error message" appeares on the screen. Is it possible to resolve?

I just tried this and it works for me.

If you could take a screenshot (or a few screenshots) of the whole screen showing us what case you're trying to anonymize, what the settings are, and the error message and send it via the onepacs messaging system to the account "admin" that would be helpful to look at so we can try to reproduce this.
