I restored the computer back to a previous time before the install. I was able to install the program but now it will not connect to the interface.

Could you give any more information? What do you mean "can't connect to the interface?"

Also, could you email me the log file located at c:\onepacs\gateway\server\default\log\server.log

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the onepacs gateway 3 times. When I click the icon on the desktop internet explorer will not connect. There is no log folder in the server/default.

I am assuming this was resolved by Justin logging in to the PC in question.

For the record we have placed instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall the gateway, as at the moment there are a few steps involved.
