Is anyone using Query Retrieve with a structured final report?

Thanks for your question. Could you clarify what you mean?
Do you mean perhaps, creating an SR from the OnePacs report and allowing some external system to Query/Retrieve that SR to populate the external system?
Or perhaps, prefetching / retrieving a study or studies based on an existing SR that gets stored to the Gateway as secondary read
workflow?
