gateway password failed

gateway password failed

Hi, I can't enter the gateway onepacs tells me "Login Failed!" Is there any way to reset the password ? I need help!!!

Hi,

That would indicate that either:

1) You changed the gateway password or entered it incorrectly
or
2) Your database is not running. Check the PostgreSQL windows service and verify that it is running.
