For some reason, when I request a re-interpretation of an exam for a client using my username, it flags the note as locked to only Radiologists and the other Rad Assistants can't see it and therefore don't know why the addendum is needed.
Can you please tell me how to make it so my username will flag the notes as viewable to both Rads and Rad Assistants?
The only option now is to remember to go back into the notes to manage and edit the viewing on it.
