Old studies wont load

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

Please direct any support inquiries through the standard OnePacs ticketing and support system.

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

Old studies wont load

I just switched to a new reading computer, and successfully loaded the workstation....
but old studies will no longer link... unless I exit and restart the workstation.
Ie, the first new/old combo DOES load in the thumbnail row, but any subsequent studies WONT.
I have the options set to automatically load.
This never happened on my old computer (yesterday).
Is there some setting I am missing?

actually, if I unpin the thumbnail bar, and then re-open it, the prior studies are there... but this never happened before
