Two Gateways on same Computer

Post by jacintor » Tue Feb 04, 2014 2:40 pm

Hello,

I need to install two gateways on same computer so we can select which one we will send our studies to. I have two different AETitles and want to avoid buying a brand new computer just to install a second gateway.

How can I install a second gateway on same computer? Is there a way to use one gateway to send studies to two different AETitles?

Thanks!

Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,

Take a look at the following documentation on how to support multiple facilities with the 1.9.x version of the OnePacs Gateway:

Thanks,

Justin

Hello Justin,

We have followed instructions. It worked at first but now we have to restart the computer every time we submit a study because the system does not allow to alternate between two working titles. Is it common to have a conflict? How can we fix it?

Thanks!

Rodrigo

No, you shouldn't need to restart anything. What specific problem are you having?

We are sending studies stored in efilm to a gateway with two different aetitles. It works the first time I send, but need to reboot efilm to send a second time because all studies sent get stuck in the outbox. We are still doing some tests to find the root cause of the problem. Not sure if it is with efilm or the gateway...
