I installed OnPacs Workstation 5.1.3 on a computer running XP SP3. Installation went OK.
When I try to launch the program I get the error: OnePacs.Desktop.Executable.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
I tried it on 2 other XP computers and I get the same error on all 3 computers.
Workstation Installation Problem
Re: Workstation Installation Problem
Hi,
Could you try using the "Repair" option in the installer? To do so, just double-click on the installer executable again and select the Repair option when prompted.
Also, please exclude the C:\onepacs directory from any anti-virus software that you may have running.
Thanks,
Justin

Re: Workstation Installation Problem
Thank you for your response.
I ran the installer with the repair option. I am still getting the Win32 error.
I am not running any anti virus on this pc.

Re: Workstation Installation Problem
Hi,
Could you please try re-downloading the installer and running again? Please remove the existing OnePacs Workstation install first (Using "Add or Remove Programs" in the control panel).
Thanks,
Justin

Re: Workstation Installation Problem
Thanks, that worked. Any idea why?

Re: Workstation Installation Problem
I see that it's a different version (5.1.3.2 vs. 5.1.3) in the downloads.
Thanks
