Hi.
I've created a new facility named [removed] (with the -[removed] appended by the Onepacs). Before, I´ve created a facility [removed] , wich onepacs adjusted to [removed]
Two things: first, please delete this last, as I doubled the "--"...
Second: I´ve checked and reinstaled the gateway with the AETitle = [removed] and in my gateway logs, theres this message:
[org.dcm4chex.archive.dcm.movescu.MoveScuService] Failed to process MoveOrder[1 Instances, dest=ONEPACS_WEB, qrscp= [removed], priority=0, failureCount=3]. Scheduling retry.
org.dcm4chex.archive.exceptions.UnknownAETException: [removed]
at org.dcm4chex.archive.ejb.session.AEManagerBean.findByAET(AEManagerBean.java:182)
I´ve triple checked the gateway config, reinstaled gateway, and still getting this... Can it be because the erroneous [removed] facility previously created ? What means an UnknownAETException when both, onepacsweb and gateway, are correctly configured ?
How can I solve this ?
Thank you !
New Facility Error
Re: New Facility Error
Ops... I´ve found the error. I forget to configure this @ 8080/onepacsgateway/ -> ae management
Please, just delete the [removed] facility. By the way, admins can´t erase wrong facilities ?
Thank you.

Mario,
I edited out the AE titles from your post, best to communicate any information private/specific to your system to us via private messaging.
I see the extra facility/AE title you don't want any more, we'll get that removed.
Glad you figured out the issue.
Regards
John
