Draft Report Problem

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

Please direct any support inquiries through the standard OnePacs ticketing and support system.

The "Announcements" forum will continue to be active and contain announcements related to the OnePacs system.

Draft Report Problem

Hello, three draft reports we have saved in the system have disappeared completely. The system shows there is a draft saved, however, no text is shown in the text box. Also, the system does not let me either change the blank draft or even complete the report. So we basically have three studies which we cannot report on.
I have sent the details via internal message with facility and patient names.

Hi,

We discovered some odd characters in some of your reports that were causing issues in the browser. It looks like the author of these reports was pasting from another application which is where the characters originated from. We have made adjustments and should now be able to handle the problematic characters.
