The Report Generator Windows desktop application and OnePacs Voice Recognition Windows Desktop applications will need to be updated by June 24, 2024, to install an updated security certificate. Users of the Cloud report generator do not need these updates.
(The OnePacs Study Retriever application no longer needs similar periodic updates.)
The Report Generator Desktop application update is needed by users who use the Report Generator in the classic report edit window, or users who edit Report Generator content offline.
The OnePacs Voice Recognition update is needed for users of the Microsoft Windows desktop voice recognition application used in association with the classic report edit window.
Users may receive these versions through the software downloads menu in the web application. These updates will extend the validity of the applications until July 5, 2025.
Please note also that the Classic report edit window is deprecated in favor of the Cloud reporting platform and is no longer receiving functionality updates. We encourage all users of the Classic report edit window to migrate to the Cloud reporting mode as soon as possible. Please contact OnePACS support with any questions.
