Effective January 2nd, 2019 the OnePacs web application will no longer permit the use on Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10 and earlier. Internet Explorer 11 will remain fully supported.
In 2016, OnePacs advised that Microsoft was ending support for older versions of Internet Explorer and recommended that user immediately upgrade to a supported version in order to ensure security and stability. Since that time we have had a dramatic reduction in the number of users on unsupported browsers. However, a relatively small number of users remain on unsupported browsers as of the time of this notice.
Until the deadline, any user logging into OnePacs from a version of Internet Explorer older than version 11 will be notified that they will no longer be able to access the web application as of 1/2/19. After the deadline, unsupported browsers will be unable to access the web application.
