Hello Justin.
on studies MRN 10806 and 10805 theres is an error in the Facility name. We can see GWATLAS when it should be GWUSPSJ.
I can't understand how this has happend and we are a very much worried if some others errors could have happend without our detection.
Please let me know about what you find about this problems.
Regards

Hilario,
It appears that in each case the first series stored to OnePacs for that study was from the AE associated with GWATLAS. All the other series came from the AE associated with GWUSPSJ. The study is associated with the facility of the first image stored. I recommend sending all series from the AE title of the desired facility.
Thanks,
Justin

I can't understand how this thing has happend.
both gateways are on separated sites and it is phisically impossible that a study from GWUSPSJ would be loaded via GWATLAS they are on far far away each one.
1. How could I debug on the gateways in order to understand what happended?
2. It seam you recomend us to RE-SEND the study from the desired facility to solve the problem. That means the OnePasWeb will receive again the same study from the correct gateway an then why should it overwrite the previous Facility insted of creating a new study?

OK I have found the same study on both gateways!!!
I have tried to push them from the correct one to the ONEPACS_WEB and nothing happend. I must have misunderstood how to solve the problem.
Bye the way for the gateway:
- Where can I see the study is on queu to the Onepacs_web server? and how can I check the process?
- How can I check the date when the study has been loaded on the gatewa.

Hilario,
I have corrected both cases in the database. The only way for you to correct this would have been to delete the study from OnePacs and then resend it from the correct gateway.

Justin
