Is there a way to clear the OnePacs cue? We have had 57 cases stuck all day. I can go into the JMX MBean View
MBean Name: Domain Name: dcm4chee.archive
service: Queue
name: MoveScu
and stop the que, hit remove studies and the restart que but the que doesn't clear. They only time it clears is if there are only cases in the scheduled section. Those will clear, but again, only if there is nothing in the sending que.
We have rebooted the Gateway, server etc. Cases are on the Gateway but wont hit the OnePACS cloud program.
