Image send cue

Post by mindi2210 » Wed Jul 17, 2019 12:40 pm

We send cases out thru the Gateway VIA a VPN to outside facilities. Is there any place that I can see a cue of what is currently being sent or way to stop a case that is sending? Thru the jmx console maybe?

Unfortunately there's not much visibility into the send queue. You can cancel messages in the jmx console via the MoveScu queue: http://localhost:8080/jmx-console/HtmlA ... %3DMoveScu
however, be careful as there is only an option to "Remove all messages", which will cancel everything in the queue. Another caveat is that if something is actively sending it will not be stopped. If that send does not succeed and gets re-queued, you'll have to click "Remove all messages" again when it is not actively sending.

I hope this helps.

Just to be sure, is the attached photo the area you were talking about? And do the Stop/Start functions (in the next photo) actually start and stop the que?

Yes that's the area I was talking about. I believe that start and stop should start and stop the queue, but do that at your own risk. I've never done that before and am not sure of the ramifications.

I got an error the first two times I tried to clear the cue and logged in later and the third time it said it worked. It cleared 7 cases that had been sitting, which was what I needed. I just wondered if I stopped the cue, cleared it, and then started it again if that was a better route. Not going to try it though if we do not know how it will affect function.
