Hi. I have a problem using two monitors; I HAVE A SPACE IN THE MIDDLE. I do not know how to make the whole monitor take over and remove that space? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks!

Hi Carmen,

Looks like you might be using an older version of OnePacs Desktop. I recommend updating to the latest version which contains some improvements to multi-monitor layout.

Regards,

Justin

Hello, we had problems with the new version, at least on this pc. When you open some studios workstation onepacs "does not respond" and it becomes slow. We had to go back to this version. Have you ever seen this space between monitors?
Thanks.

Hi Carmen,

Could you please submit your logs (right-click on study retriever icon in task bar -> upload debug logs to onepacs).

Thanks!

Also, can you please provide the size and resolution of your monitors?

"Hello, we had problems with the new version, at least on this pc."

Are you saying that you're not using the latest version in the screenshot? The solution to the multi-monitor display issue is to upgrade to the latest version.

Hi. I tell them I reinstalled the windows (w10) and the latest version of onepacs workstation but it still looks bad on the monitors. I have a main monitor and two monitors to inform, by opening onepacs on the monitors and extending the window is the black space that decreases one of the views on the monitor as seen in the previous photo.
size and resolution: monitor generic 1: 1440 x 900 - Principal
monitor 2 Planar Dome E3: 1536X2048 - Extended
monitor 3 Planar Dome E3: 1536x2048 - Extended
Thanks.

Do you happen to have them arranged in order: 1, 3, 2? There's a known issue when the monitors are arranged out of order that will be resolved in the next release. Could you try to order them 1,2,3 or 3,2,1?

Thanks

Justin
