We have a new GE Precision 500 RF room and the fluoro images get downloaded into a "badfile" folder on the computer that is using the workstation. They can only be looked at using the JPEG viewer. Is there something that can be done to keep these from going into the badfile folder so they can be viewed using the desktop/workstation viewer?

Could you send an example dcm file to jfalk at onepacs dot com? Also, could you include the log file from the workstation? It's located at C:\onepacs\workstation\logs\OnePacs.Server.ShredHostService.log.
