scanned documents only showing page one

Historical record of a forum that was for discussion of the setup, configuration, and use of OnePacs for research and educational purposes (non-clinical use).

scanned documents only showing page one

This started yesterday. The pdfs scanned by the staff show multiple pages when opened in adobe reader, but in the onepacs image viewer, only the first page displays. when I resend to dicom, they show up. This is happening to two different sites.

Thanks for the note. We have reviewed your note and identified an issue that in some cases could cause the behavior described. It has been fixed.
