Bulk loading by error

Hello guys

Today, by error of a new client, he has send thousand of studies to our gateway.
And these studies have began to be loaded automatically to ONEPACS WEB

When we have discovered this point. 1778 studies were loaded on the gateway and when we stopped the ONEPACS services, 231 studies were loaded on the ONEPACS WEB

we would like:
- Delete everything from GWSTELENA, loaded TODAY (15 jul) and without a study.
- What do we have to do, to avoid to be invoiced for these 231 (or how many you find) studies?

Sorry for the confusión, we have learn we have to do tests locally before connecting to ONEPACS central. This has been the first time it happen in the many years we work together.

Hi Hilario,

No problem. You can go ahead and delete the studies that were sent accidentally and I will make a note to have the billing adjusted for this period.
