Hi
I'm having trouble to use the Java Viewer.
When I try to open a study, a message box appears with the text: "Unexpected response from the License Manager. RemotEye usage not allowed"
My configurations:
OS X 10.9.3
Java 7 - update 60 (security level medium)
Firefox 29.0.1

Hi Paulo,

It sounds like the license manager request might be being blocked by your network. The java viewer uses ports 80 and 443 to connect to jv.onepacs.com. Please verify that both of those ports are accessible.
