Hi Andy -
Here is a link to the documentation for reporting and report distribution
http://wiki.onepacsforums.com/doku.php?id=reporting
Here are some highlights.
Users can view reports in several ways with OnePacs.
Report destinations (fax and email) can be configured to automatically send reports when reports are completed. Paid accounts have access to setup reports via fax.
Referring physicians or other users may log on to the OnePacs system and review reports online. Reports also may be saved in PDF or word processor-compatible (RTF) format
A web link can be created and shared
To create a fax or email link destination
1. Login to the web application and use the Admin -> Report Distribution Menus.
2. Click on the Destinations tab.
3. Click the add button
4. Fill out the form and select either Fax or Email Report Link as the type depending on what you would like to configure.
5. Fill in either a 10 digit fax number or email address depending on the type you are creating.
6. Click save.
To configure the report destination to be used.
1. Click on the distribution tab
2. Click the add button
3. Fill out the form. Generally, select one or more facilities and select one or more destinations that those facilities would use.
4. Click save
If you are using a confirming workflow (wiki.onepacsforums.com/doku.php?id=studyconfirm) where technologists confirm cases for interpretation they may select or unselect the destinations as appropriate. Regardless of a confirming worklist, in the report editor radiologists may select or unselect report destinations as appropriate.
To send a fax of an existing report, a user with the "Report transmission by fax" or "Report transmission by email link" permissions may select one or more studies on the worklist that have completed reports using the checkboxes on the left and then click the "Send rpt" button on the bottom of the worklist and fill out the resulting form. This is also available by right clicking on a case with a completed report and selecting the reporting submenu.
If you use a confirming workflow where a technologist is confirming the study for interpretation and selecting an ordering physician you may also configure the the ordering physician to receive a fax or email link
You can right click on a case on the worklist, select share -> create case access web link to create a link that can be used to share the case and report.

User accounts can be created for facility users. They can have instant access to the report on their worklist. Clicking on the view report icon on the worklist toolbar allows users to print,or download pdf/rtf versions of the report.
