User Glitch

Hello,

One of my radiologists logs into the system but the working list is blank. The last time this happened you found a glitch and corrected it. Could you please take a look at it?

Hello -
Please verify that the user does not just have a filter in place that would exclude all studies. Double check that there is no active filter and verify the status and confirmation checkboxes as well as the selected date filter are not filtering out studies. Can you please identify the user. Just a first name would likely suffice.
