Hello OnePacs Team!

We need to store all studies since we started using OnePacs. I tried unfiltering the default query at the study retriever to download all studies we had in the system but the query only returns a portion of the studies we have completed. Is there a bandwidth limit that is preventing me to download all images as backup or a second filter at the study retriever that I am not aware of that is not returning all studies back to me.

Hi Rodrigo -
There is a limit to the number of studies and/or series that will be returned to the study retriever. It is not designed to download everything, but rather precache studies for quicker radiologist access. OnePacs provides migration services if a support ticket is entered. You could also download studies manually from the worklist.
