I have the free version and have, evidently maxed out my users list. I would like to delete some users that I have created, that have not used the service and replace them with a new user. Keeping a total of the allowed number of active users, just trading out users. Can this be done?

The system currently allows up to 5 users per account for the free version. If you delete users such that there are fewer than 5, you can add more users back in to fill those slots. Let us know if there are any other questions. Best, John
